General Guidelines[]
As in any online community, The Locked Tomb Wiki and Fandom ask that users keep a few things in mind to ensure a kind, cooperative community.
- Be Civil, Be Collaborative: Fandom wikis' are one large group project. As such, we ask that all contributors' interact (at minimum) civilly, calmly, and in a spirit of cooperation. Bullying and harassment of any user is a blockable offense.
- Assume Good Faith: New editors' may make unintentional mistakes (and old editors' may make errors in judgment) but it should be assumed that editors have come to the wiki with the intent to contribute. Correct mistakes with the assumption that the editor was giving it their best effort.
- Be Appropriate (Keep it Clean): The Locked Tomb series may be a new adult novel with adult themes and situations, but a wiki is an encyclopedic reference source. NSFW content and vulgarity are not appropriate for the wiki and will not be tolerated.
Further Policies[]
Manual of Style[]
The manual of style is a thorough description of the type of content, editor tone expectations, and explanations of style/conventions on the wiki. Though fairly standard across wikis, it is recommended that new editors look over the manual before taking on larger wiki projects such as starting a new page.
Image Policy[]
The image policy standardizes the process of obtaining permission to use artwork from fan artists and uploading that work to the wiki in order to best protect the artists and creators. It is highly encouraged for contributors to read through the image policy before uploading any new work to the wiki.
Blocking Policy[]
The blocking policy is an outline of types of behavior prohibited on the wiki and the steps that will be taken by the admins to ensure a pleasant environment.
